With a heavy heart and total submission to the will of God, Hon. Mathew Oye Oyerinmade (MATO), the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) senatorial candidate for Ondo South, mourns the passing of the revered elder statesman, Pa Reuben Famuyide Fasoranti, who departed this world at the remarkable age of 100.
Pa Fasoranti was a patriarch whose life embodied wisdom, integrity and selfless service.
His enduring commitment to the development of Ondo State, Yorubaland and Nigeria, alongside his principled advocacy for justice and good governance, leaves a legacy that will continue to inspire generations.
His passing marks the end of a remarkable era, but the values he upheld and the example he set will endure. Though he has departed, his footprints of honour, courage and service remain indelible in the hearts of those he touched.
MATO extends his heartfelt condolences to the Fasoranti family, the people of Akure Kingdom and the entire Ondo State. He prays that Almighty God will grant the family the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss and grant the departed elder statesman eternal rest.
