All Progressives Congress, (APC) stalwart from Ondo South, Prof. Dayo Faduyile, OON, has extended his congratulatory wishes to the newly elected Chairman of the ruling APC in Ondo State, Hon. Kolawole Babatunde, describing him as a fit party man for the Ondo APC top job.
Prof. Faduyile in a congratulatory statement he personally endorsed noted that the narrative of Hon. Kolawole’s emergence as State APC Chairman confirms the Yoruba adage that ‘ the head that wears the crown is always naturally endowed.’
Recall that on March 11,2026, the earlier held Congress of APC in Ondo State was rescheduled and at the rescheduled Congress, Babatunde emerged again as Chairman alongside other executives and his emergence was under the watch of INEC officials.
Prof. Faduyile said Hon. Kolawole Babatunde,popularly known as Amaechi, a formidable party man and strong APC leveler from Akoko is a cool headed politician and will be a unifying factor in Ondo APC.
He said the new party Chairman is endowed with leadership instinct and has acquitted himself well first as member House of Representatives and as Special Adviser to Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa before his emergence as The State Chairman of the ruling party.
Faduyile, the Ikale born Politician called on the new party chairman to bring members under the same fold, ensure party cohesiveness and ensure members galvanize support for ‘Our Ease Development Agenda’ of Gov. Lucky Aiyedatiwa.
He urgide Hon. Kolawole to embark on a massive reach out to politicians in Ondo State who are enamoured of the progressive ideas of APC but are still outside the progressive fold.
