The former Secretary to Ondo State Government, SSG, Princess Oladunni Odu has called on the menfolk to accord women their right of position in the national leadership scheme.
Princess Odu, who gave this indication in an exclusive media chat said it is not just enough to mouth the 35 percent affirmative action, adding that the male dominated political space should learn to yield more space for the women folk.
The Idepe born prominent politician icon said women too should go beyond seeing themselves as cheer leaders and back benchers in the political space even as she added that nobody will cede leadership role to the women folk except they show overwhelming readiness to lead.

Princess Oladunni Odu, a veteran female politician, has resolved to throw her hat in the ring and contest for the ticket to complete the tenure of Senator Jimoh Ibrahim. While she solicits the support of the leaders of the district, Odu stated categorically that men should learn to cede leadership position to women.
