The Inspector-General of Police (IGP) Kayode Egbetokun has approved the appointment of DSP Jimoh Abayomi Kazeem as the new Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO of Ondo State Police Command.
He is to takeover from the outgoing PPRO, DSP Olayinka Olushola Ayanlade.
The new PPRO is a member of Regular course 2 set 2019 and a graduate of Computer Science from the prestigious Nigeria Police Academy, Kano.
He is well experienced and has worked in different capacities including Crime Officer and Patrol and Guard Officer in Lagos State command before proceeding to EOD-CBRN Force Headquarters as unit commander.
Until his recent posting, he worked at the Counter Terrorism and CBRNE Unit of INTERPOL section in FCID Abuja.
ÍHe has attended courses/training on Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing, Basic EOD-CBRNe Training, Global Biosecurity Enhancement Programme for Law Enforcement Joint Criminal-Epidemiologic Investigation and Counter Terrorism Technical Training to mention a few
His intellectualism in investigation, administration and communication skills has made him worthy of the appointment.
