Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, the Senator representing Kogi Central, on Wednesday submitted a sexual harassment petition against the President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio.
The petition was submitted on the floor of the Senate after it resumed plenary.
The Senate had earlier said it was not investigating the allegations because there was no formal petition against Akpabio on the floor of the red chamber.
Natasha was sighted at the Assembly complex with her husband on Wednesday morning.
This is coming amid protests in Abuja, calling for the resignation of the Senate President.
