Hon. Olawumi Fayemi-Obayelu, Member House of Assembly representing Ilaje Constituency 2, emerged the Chairman and Vice Chairman, House Committees on Women Affairs and Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (OSOPADEC).
The Speaker of Ondo State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Olamide Oladiji made the announcement and inaugurated 30 House Standing Committees of the 10th Assembly.
Fayemi-Obayelu while addressing the press said she would perform her functions in line with the constituted committee.
“Women will be carried along in the governance and developmental programmes of Ondo State” she added.
