Dr Jimoh Ibrahim, the All Progressives Congress (APC) Senatorial Candidate for Ondo South has launched the Sunshine Queens new jersey with N5 million donation.
Ibrahim, the billionaire business mogul extended his patronage and philanthropic strides to the Sunshine Stars Football Club during the unveiling of the clubs new jersey on Wednesday at the International Event Centre, (The Dome) in Akure.
The Senatorial Candidate also commended the state government for supporting the football flagship team, Sunshine FC with all the necessary logistics, which has continued to make the team shine both on their national and international outings.
Ibrahim also saluted the patronage of Gov. Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, whom he described as a sport enthusiast and a strong motivational force behind the team’s commendable outing over the years.
Dignitaries at the event were Hon Lucky Ayedatiwa, the state’s Deputy Governor, Oba Ogunlade Aladelusi Aladetoyinbo, the Deji of Akure and Charles Titiloye, the state’s Commissioner for Justice and Attorney General among others.
