Bandits on Tuesday night, killed 23 people while several others sustained gunshot injuries during separate attacks in two villages of Giwa Local Government Area )LGA) of Kaduna State.
It would be recalled that bandits had attacked nine villages in Giwa LGA, killing 50 persons while several others were abducted.
The Tuesday night attack was the fourth in Giwa LGA, since the month of March 2022.
A resident of the community told newsmen on Wednesday that bandits came in large numbers, shooting sporadically.
As a result, many people who ran for safety were hit by bandits’ gunshots
